 Cancellation policies terms and conditions

“WHITE HEAVEN HOTELS & RESORTS PVT. LTD” is committed to ensuring that your relationship with us is protected. In case you are unable to proceed with your holiday and would like a refund, our policy is simple:
  1. Less than 90 days but more than 15 days: 30% of the total package price.
  2. Less than 15 days but more than 07 days: 50% of the total package price.
  3. Less than 07 days or no show: No refund.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. All packages are extendable on pro-rata basis as quoted at the time of Reservation only or subject to availability.
  2. No refund for short stay and un-availed facilities.
  3. The management reserves the right to alter or withdraw in part or cancel the facilities provided under the package without prior notice.
  4. The management will not be responsible for weather condition.
  5. The management will not be responsible for any flight, train or bus delay.
  6. The management will not be responsible for any miss happening.
